This year we have events for both new and current Mckay students!
New Students
August 30th from 1pm-4pm in MCKB 115
You're invited to attend the McKay School New Student Orientation program! You'll start off the program with a welcome message from the Dean of the McKay School of Education, then you get to choose from several experiential learning opportunities that allow you to dive in and try out some of the skills all our students learn in their programs. This is a great to way to connect with your future faculty members and meet other future McKay School students!
To top off the day, join us at the McKay Welcome Mixer on the east lawn of the McKay Building (MCKB). You will have the opportunity to meet faculty members, academic advisors, student ambassadors, and other students. Plus, you'll play some fun games and get some cool swag.
Current Students
August 30th 3pm-4pm in Kimball Quad (East of the MCKB)
You're invited to attend the McKay Welcome Mixer! Kick off the new school right with a party to welcome all of the new McKay School students at New Student Orientation. You will have the opportunity to connect with faculty members, academic advisors, student ambassadors, and all of the new students. Plus, you'll get a sweet treat from "The Paleta Bar," play some fun games, and get some cool swag.
