Welcome back to school! A new year and new semester come with New Year's resolutions. A few of our ambassadors have made their own goals for the year. Check them out below:
Kamora: Study come follow me every day and meal prep to be able to stay on campus longer.
Ashley: Eat cleaner, attend the temple 2x a month with my husband, and read the Book of Mormon every day.
Megan: Write in my journal daily and get my passport to be able to travel more! I also want to be intentional about the time I spend outside of school and work so that I don't get burnt out.
Bethany: Be more intentional about my time, including limiting social media time to 30 minutes a day. Read my patriarchal blessing every week and exercise daily.
Haven't made your own goals for the year yet? Here are some new ideas:
Academics:
Pass all of your classes
Turn in every assignment on time
Create relationships and network with your professors
Make an organized planner for all of your assignments
Physical:
Walk 10,000 steps per day
Try one new healthy recipe each week
Take your vitamins every day
Be physically active for 30 minutes, 5 days a week
Social:
Walk around campus without any other distractions (phone or music)
Go to BYU clubs night every week to meet some new people!
Spiritual:
Consistently write in your journal
Listen to a conference talk every morning while getting ready
Go to the temple once a month
Good luck with your semester and your goals. Start off strong! If you have any questions about an education major, click here to schedule a meeting with a student ambassador.
