Testing can be stressful if you don't know how or what to study... but luckily there are a lot of resources available to help prepare you for the Praxis! As an elementary educator, it can be daunting to know how to teach all of the different content areas. And in order to get there, you need to take a content knowledge test for each subject including: reading & language arts, mathematics, science, and social studies. The exam costs $180 to take all four content area tests, or $64 for each individual test. That being said, no one wants to pay to take a test twice, so here are some of the best ways to make sure that you are ready to ace it the first time:
FREE Praxis Core Prep
View engaging videos or read transcripts
Material aligned with the test and endorsed by the makers of the exam
Create a free account to access the materials
92% pass rate when test takers use the material
Interactive Practice Tests
These tests mirror the format and structure of the actual Praxis exam to help you know what to expect in terms of question types and time constraints.
Provides personalized insights so that you can target your weaknesses in your studies.
Costs about $24.95 per practice test on the ETS website. Just search for the test that you need to study for and scroll down to the practice test option!
